Don't shy away from being the face of your business
Have you ever had that awful experience when someone looks at your marketing material, looks at you, looks back at your marketing material and asks, "Is that you?"
You: Ouch! But they're right. My beautiful website is much better presented than I am. Can't I just hide behind it and let it do all the work?
Do you ever get that horrible niggling imposter syndrome feeling when you tell people
what you do?
You: *Cringe* Yes! I think people generally look surprised - and then I see them trying to hide it.
I feel like such a fraud, even though I know I'm good at
what I do.
If you were in a silent line-up, would your ideal client be able to pick you out as belonging to
You: Umm, probably not! Is that even possible? Could that be why my ideal clients are literally passing me by?
The Black Tie
Run over the course of three sessions, you'll work with Kate, a personal styliste consultant, a professional make-up artist and two professional photographers so you have website-worthy photos to
attract your ideal clients.
I recently engaged Kate's services to help me with my colours and my branding image and I was not disappointed.
In fact I thought that she was amazing.
She made me think about how I would like to be perceived, showed me what type of clothing suited my body type and helped me develop a colour scheme not only for my clothes but for my brand.
I knew that I needed to blend the colours of my wardrobe with my branding, but I didn't know where to start.
Kate solved this problem and we had so much fun in the process.
Thank you Kate, I cannot recommend you highly enough and I strongly urge anyone wishing to do their colours and styling to book a session with Kate.

Lock me in a room with a fellow-small business owner and a few rails of colourful clothes and I'll be as happy as a Border Collie in a ball-pit.
Having worked exclusively with individuals for the past six years, my focus has since shifted to helping small business owners, like me, and probably introverted, like me. And I ask myself WHY, OH WHY hadn't I thought to help this group of people before? *slaps forehead*
It's such a joy working with women on the very thing in their lives they love the most - after their families (and sometimes even more, if we're honest!)
When I had a 'proper job' I worked in Marketing Communications and Public Relations so I'm now in a great position to help other small business owners brand themselves in the right style for their personality and to reflect the right values for their business.
